Before filling out the order form:
- Make sure you have downloaded and tested the product on your system. 
- Make sure you have reviewed the product Pricing and Registration Information.

When you are ready to request your license, please provide your iSeries (AS/400) System Name, Serial Number, and Processor Group; then click Continue.  You may look up these values by issuing the WRKLICINF command.

  • Company Name
  • Full Address
  • Contact Information (include e-mail address)
  • Payment Details (if applicable)
  • iSeries or AS/400 System Name. You can look this up on your sign-on screen or with the WRKLICINF command.
  • iSeries or AS/400 Serial Number. You can look this up using the WRKLICINF command.
  • Processor group. You can look this up using the WRKLICINF command.
